When combined with Gainsborough Pull Handles, Mortice Locks when combined offer unparalleled protection and security. Available in a satin chrome finish, Gainsborough's Double Cylinder Mortice Lock features a 60mm backset, a spring latch and double throw 20mm double cylinder deadbolt for extra security and a peace of mind. The spring latch retracts for a single-handed entry. To lock or unlock, simply use a key from either side. Single cylinder variant also available.

Door hardware is easy to clean. Give your levers and knobs, including roses and plates, a gentle wipe every two months with a soft, damp cloth. A solution of soap and water could also be used to remove dirt from knobs, roses, but make sure the liquid doesn’t go into cylinders. Avoid using acidic or abrasive substances which may contain solvents, i.e. cleaning products, as they may cause a deterioration of the finish.
